Water’s
Edge
A complete apartment furnishing project where guest-ready practicality meets soft, light-filled contemporary styling.
A welcoming home away from home.
This approximately 140-square-meter apartment arrived as a blank canvas: three bedrooms, a nanny room and bathroom, open living and dining, and a compact balcony overlooking Yas Island.
The brief was to furnish the entire home for short-term guests. Maissa used a restrained palette, pale wood, soft upholstery, gold touches, and expressive lighting to keep the rooms bright while giving each one its own identity.
Guest comfort shaped every decision—from clear circulation and practical storage to twin beds, layered textiles, and an open-plan living room that brings cooking, dining, and relaxing together.
“A rental can feel polished and still offer the warmth of being welcomed home.”
A brighter, professionally photographed selection.
This refreshed gallery replaces the earlier repetitive snapshots with the best original photographs of the finished Water’s Edge home.
