Marassi
A coastal apartment with an expressive heart—soft neutrals, turquoise accents, bold art, and easy spaces made for family time by the sea.
Relaxed coastal living, personally told.
Marassi began as an empty two-bedroom apartment. The aim was not to create a predictable beach house, but a home with personality—comfortable enough for real family days and distinctive enough to feel memorable.
Warm whites establish an easy backdrop while turquoise, blue, and gold details bring energy. Statement portrait art gives the living room its emotional center, balanced by generous seating and a soft, layered rug.
The kitchen stays light and practical, while the terrace extends the living space outdoors. Daylight, palm views, and evening lanterns let the home change character naturally from morning to night.
“The coast invited softness, but the home still needed a voice of its own.”
Coastal color, art, and open-air living.
