Villa
62C
The family’s original Cairo villa—classic, crafted, and full of the warm wood, textiles, and meaningful pieces that shaped Maissa’s earliest design language.
The home where a design language began.
Villa 62C was the family’s smaller, original Cairo home. Its interiors reflect the chapter in Maissa’s style before later moves introduced lighter palettes and simpler silhouettes.
Carved wood furniture, layered rugs, patterned upholstery, traditional cabinetry, and warm lighting create an unmistakably classic atmosphere. The rooms are formal in detail but always centered on family life.
The home also established an idea that continues through Maissa’s work today: quality furniture and meaningful objects can travel, adapt, and take on new relevance instead of being discarded with every move.
“These rooms hold the beginning of our family story—and the pieces that kept traveling with us.”
Craftsmanship, warmth, and a life well lived.
